Work package 1 is devoted to the planning and integral management of the IMPULSE project. It will ensure proper implementation of the work plan and efficient organisation and day-to-day project management. This work package is also responsible for optimising the allocation of resources and assessing and mitigating risks.

Ramping–up Towards Excellent Steady-State Operations

The overall objective of work package 3 is to optimise performance and efficiency by establishing and implementing detailed procedures for the operation of the experimental systems available at ELI.
